How it works

Current Draft: Your working version. This is where you make changes. Not live for users. Latest Published: The live version users see. Earlier versions: Every time you publish, the previous version stays in the version history, listed with its publish time and author.

Publish versions

Click Publish, then click Publish in the panel (the button reads Update once a version is already live) to make your draft live. Your draft becomes the new Latest Published version, and you keep editing in the Current Draft.

Restore a version

To roll back to an earlier version, load it into your draft:
  1. Open the Publish panel and click Restore. The version history appears, listing published versions from newest to oldest; click Load More Workflows to page through older ones.
  2. Click a version to preview it on the canvas.
  3. Click Restore to load the selected version into your Current Draft, or Cancel to go back to your draft unchanged.
Restoring replaces your current draft completely. The restored version doesn’t go live until you publish it.

Tips

  • Always test in draft before publishing
  • Restore versions when you need to rollback quickly
